Phase One : Landscape Removal and Replacement

This phase included removal of overgrown landscaping at this Poughkeepsie site. Over five 30 cubic yard dumpsters of plant material were hauled offsite, as well as over 200 cubic yards of fill material and dirt. Regrading of lawn areas for better visibility to the building was completed, and new topsoil was brought in for the lawn and planting beds. Colorful perennial gardens were installed, and a new lawn hydroseeded in.
